Hi, I moved to Charlotte in Jan. I am currently living in Mallard Creek Charlotte NC with housemates as temporary accommodation. I have a dog, he is friendly boy. I’m a clean person, working professional - software developer. I do like socialize with my roommates and friends. However I understand and respect somebody’s space.

I’m looking for a room for rent in a 2-3 bh apt/ or house preferably with an attached bath. I’m looking for something near Mallard Creek or UNCC area. Preferred furnished room/house

I’m also open to team up with a roommate and rent an apartment for ourselves. Preferably similar age and similar vibes :)
