My fiance and I are a quiet, easy going couple whose days are spent building my fiance’s business as a handyman. He is contracted to complete work for a large local property management company, and has decades in the construction field. I am retired from my career in retail and restaurant management and now help him with all of the customer relations and all of the office/paperwork side of things while he does most of the repairs himself. We are gone nearly every day from morning into the evening, basically coming home to submit invoices and sleep. We have a cat that we’d love to bring but he has a home with a relative if need be. We are very laid back, friendly and accept people of all colors and creed without prejudice, and hope to find a place with loving energy and a down to earth roomie. Plus, if anything needs fixing in the residence, you’ve got an in house plumber electrician who is truly a jack of all trades and master of most. Also, I know my way around the kitchen and there’s always enough for seconds!
