Hi! I’m Chris, a 50 year old professional in the aerospace business. I have a new job in Kent, and I am looking to move from California. I plan to rent at least six months and possibly longer. I will often head back to California on the weekends to be with my family. My wife would like to visit on occasion.
I keep my word, am helpful, and respect the privacy of others. I work quite a bit, love the outdoors, and will head out to experience it when time allows. I have an F-150 and a 750 credit score. I haven’t rented in many years since I have owned my last two homes. I don’t mind sending pay stubs for verification, I have references upon request, and I would be willing to meet the next time I am in the area. I travel up at least one week out of every month.
