I’m from Phoenix, Arizona and I’m looking to move to San Diego around April or May. I am currently not in a lease so my move-in date is very flexible.

I work from home as an Operations Manager for a YouTuber and I have 2 other income streams. I work at my desk around 4-6 hours a day. I love fitness so I am at the gym every day.

I am a spiritual, manifestation girly. I’m also social butterfly so I like being out and about but I’m not the type to bring the party home. I drink socially, don’t smoke, and I prefer a smoke-free home.

I’m super clean and tidy, kind and respectful, and I’m a great communicator. I’m looking for a roomie that is the same. I’m easy going, just have common sense and common decency.

I have a dog named Honey. She’s a medium sized shepherd and she’s really calm well-mannered when she’s at home, but she still gets timid in new spaces. She’s not aggressive though, just a scaredy-cat. She gets along great with small dogs. I also have another dog named Teddy, he’s a shitzu/maltese mix. He’s super friendly and playful. Ideally I am looking to team up with someone who doesn’t have any pets, but loves dogs.

No cats, I’m allergic.

My budget is $1750 max, including utilities, pet rent , parking, etc. I’m looking to team up with someone who has the same budget so we can look for a 2bed/2ba in the $3000-$3300 range. I like luxury spaces, newly remodeled vibes, etc. I need in-unit laundry. Imagine having to drag your stuff to a laundromat? Could never be me.
