I am in search of a room to rent in the Idaho Falls area. I am a responsible and respectful tenant who is looking for a peaceful and safe living situation. I am a non-smoker (don’t mind if you smoke) and do not have any pets. I am preferably looking for a unfurnished room with access to shared amenities such as a kitchen, bathroom, and living area. I am employed full-time and can provide references if needed. I am looking for a long-term or month to month rental arrangement and am open to discussing rental terms and monthly budget.
