Hello! I’m a 29 year old Applications Developer moving from NC to ATL in the Spring (dates flexible). I work remotely and am looking to rent a space in a walkable neighborhood. Would love to live near a park or Zoo Atlanta. The neighborhoods I’ve listed have some beautiful homes that would be spacious and comfortable for myself and another who might work remote or hybrid— such that we each have a dedicated work space!

About me: I’ll be new to the city and motivated to go out and explore on the weekends—cafes, festivals, parks, concerts, museums, breweries, etc. But also enjoy quiet nights in watching Netflix with a good meal or playing video games with friends.

I’m tidy in the common spaces and live a generally active lifestyle. I’m challenging myself to break into the skating or biking scene here in Atlanta.

For roommates, I’m happy to live with any gender, and LBGTQ+ friendly. I love all animals but do have a slight cat allergy, so I don’t think I could live with one comfortably.
