Hi! My names Kevin Dolan and I’m a 23 year old boat mechanic who is intelligent, empathetic, respectful and very friendly. Although very focused on my career and opening my own Boatyard one day, I love to interact, go out and just enjoy life to the fullest extent. While respecting each other is my #1 priority, I would love to have a roommate(s) around my age (20-30) that also enjoys socializing, going out, likes boats, wouldn’t mind listening to the music a bit louder than it should be and is also an open-minded friendly person. Respect is #1. I will never cross boundaries or impede on your personal space/free time. That being said, having a roommate that is like minded and I can socialize with would be ideal. Female or male I don’t care as long as the respect is there. Always willing to contribute whether it be cook clean or general maintenance.
