Currently, I am looking for people who are wanting to split a house with each other. I have been looking on Zillow for rental properties, but don’t want to finalize anything until I get 2-3 more people to split the payments. I am not looking to move until about mid/late March. Currently, I am only looking at places that will equal less than $800 per person when divided evenly. So far, I have found some great places that are pet friendly, but I do not want to make any final decision or reach out to these landlords until I find reliable people to split the house with. I can pretty much fully furnish any common areas, so if you just have bedroom stuff, that would be perfect! I will be working in Mansfield, so I would prefer to within in a 20 mile radius. As for me, I am a clean person who prefers to keep my mess to myself and expects others to do the same. I always clean the kitchen and shared spaces as soon as I am done using them. I love spending time with loved ones, but also very much value my quiet time and will respect yours! I don’t really have any rules besides just communicating whenever there is an issue or when having guests. I do have a German Shepherd mix who is so so sweet, but it does take her awhile to get used to living with new people. She loves to play and had always gotten along great with other dogs.
