Looking for an UNFURNISHED walk-out basement or a couple of unfurnished rooms (All my household belongings are in storage) because of my career, I need some outdoor space like a patio or deck in NOVA or the Bethesda area. I would consider other nearby areas if the rental space meets my needs. Definitely down for teaming up with another man / men to find a comfortable and decent residence that works for all of us.
