I’m 27 getting ready to pcs to jblm Oct 3…I will be renting a studio or 1 bedroom apt and want to split it with someone for 6 month only. I honestly want to save as much money as I can so for 6 month I am willing to endure bunk beds or two beds in the same living area. This is more appealing to fellow soldiers (geo bachelors) who are used to this type of life style and want to save big on bah or anyone who wants to save money in a short period of time not just soldiers. We should both be paying around 800/900 max. I want to get a place with a nice gym and amenities because I don’t want to get a gym membership . I prefer someone who won’t complain about noise because I wake up and talk at odd hours since the wife is overseas. I don’t care if you have pets however I do care about having a clean house. Anyways hmu this is open to who ever hits me up first
