I’m in the process of selling my home in FL and looking to move up to the NoMa area over summer/early fall.

I’m still filling out my profile but I’m a 28yo professional working in medical device product management. I travel for work 20-30% of the time and like to think of myself as an extremely easy roommate to have. I’m currently living with an NB female who would be open to acting as an impartial reference to understand a bit more of what I’m like, if we get to that point.

I have a wide collection of hobbies like rock climbing, disc golf, tabletop games, and am the kind of person who owns an espresso machine and makes boutique coffee at home. I still like to go out for walks to visit coffee shops and to see the town by foot though. I think my friends would describe me as a casual plant guy, cat dad (I love dogs as well), and the sort of person who really makes an effort to contribute to a good living environment.

I have a cat who is extremely friendly, low-maintenance, and has lived with both dogs & cats –becoming fast friends with anyone who pets him.
