I work a mix of overnight and remote shifts, so the house rhythm varies: Because of this, I’m looking for roommates who are mindful of noise during work-from-home hours and respectful of reasonable quiet hours after ~11:30 PM (nothing strict — just lower TV volume and general consideration). 😌 and i will do the same ! ! 🙂‍↔️ Outside of work, I enjoy photography 📸, meditation 🧘‍♀️. ⸻ 🏡 What I’m Looking For 🧐👀 I’m looking for a chill, homey, and respectful living environment with roommates who are communicative, and considerate.

🔌 Energy & Utility Mindfulness (Important) >.> I’m energy-conscious and looking for roommates who are the same. This includes unplugging items when not in use and mostly using personal heaters, fans, or A/C units instead of running central heating or air since it can get very costly.

🏠 Home Preferences • Dog-friendly 🐶 (I have a small senior dog) • Calm, respectful noise levels • Reasonable quiet hours after 11:30 PM-7AM • Family/guest-friendly (occasional overnight visitors are okay) • Pool & Hot tub • Pet Friendly (my dog will probably be fine with other pets) • Gym on site + at home • In-unit washer/dryer

I have a large 10x10 home gym, roomates need to be fully ok with a fitness area in the living or dining area.

• Are you looking for a 12-month lease? • What’s your employment situation? (full-time, student, remote, etc.) • What is your general credit score range? (minimum 650 required by leasing office) • When are you hoping to move?

Also, since this is a shared home, I’d love to know a little about your typical schedule and lifestyle (work hours, guests, etc.).
