I’m friendly keep to myself mostly, I have a full time job, keep my area clean/clean up after myself. Looking for room to rent with utilities included + month to month:). A house is preferred along with female tenants, not looking for an apartment or any lease takeovers. Also looking in the Deer Valley, Desert Ridge Area/Cave Creek due to work. I still have to give my notice to my current landlords keep that in mind please thanks! 😊
