I’m an undergraduate pursuing my BA and working part time in Signal Hill (been working at my current job for four years). I currently reside in Orange County. I am looking for relatively long term and stable housing for myself in Long Beach or other surrounding areas within OC.

About me: I’m rather quiet and mostly keep to myself. Most of my time will be divided between work and school. My hobbies include record collecting, music/art, yoga/pilates, baking.

What I am looking for: I am looking for a private room/bathroom for myself or I am open to teaming up and renting an apartment or house with other queer women, men, or gnc individuals in their mid 20s to late 30s who are also laid-back, responsible, and tidy. Bonus points if you have an eye for interior design.

Home Habits: I’m very big on cleaning up after myself and being thoughtful of shared spaces. Small animals are fine with me. I’d hope to find a living situation that doesn’t mind occasional company over so long as we communicate about if before hand. Mostly looking for a peaceful and respectful environment overall.
