I am a very understanding and open minded young woman with an old soul and lot’s of life experience. I communicate well and I mind my business mostly just want friendly people around me say hello and good bye, but not to make relationships in my home I like to be alone. Rough this year so far. I was not treated fairly and taken advantage of from past independent rentals. I came to the conclusion using a property management to find a place would make the BS I was dealing with independent renters disappear. So, this last time I got a background check, credit report, and application fee a studio listed by century21. Last/first& deposit taken from me march 1st. Just to end up homeless like I was before getting approved by them first. Black mold infested/corroded inside so, bad I was spitting and sneezing out blood before they had the respect to schedule it checked, never apologized for the mistake… I am a up standing person who has and uses my morals like minded and similar roommate’s preferably!
