I am currently in search of 1-2 rooms in Miami Beach by April 1st. My son and I will be moving from Chicago to Miami by the end of the month as I’m transferring locations with my work. I am 28 and work full time as a private contractor, I’m clean easy going and pretty quiet in the house most of the time. I like to stay busy and be active, my son is 6 he is in 1st grade and bright and receptive. I will work while he is at school. I also have experience in small home repair and renovations and would be willing to help out around the house/apartment! Doesn’t need to be anything fancy just a safe place to start out.
