I am planning to leave Philadelphia proper this Spring, hoping to find someone to sign a lease with or sublease to, etc. The larger the space the better. I am leaning towards moving to Upstate NY for creative purposes but open to meeting prospective rent-mates locally as well.
I’ve lived on and off in the city since 2010 and it’s time to move on. Less noise, clean air, more space.
