Hello! I’m Rowan (Ro , like row your boat). I’m a 24, trans non-binary (they/them/theirs), Asian American artist in search of a roommate situation as soon as possible 🫶 I’m looking for somewhere in South Philly since I recently got a job in the area for a local business!

I am looking for long-term housing — been moving around a lot the past couple years and would love a stable landing zone 😊

Things about me:

~ I come with my friendly cat, Rook. He is 2 years old, up to date on vaccines (I am as well). Rook takes a bit to warm up to other creatures, but he is non-aggressive and is great with people ~ I also come with a parakeet named Avocado. Avo typically chills in his cage which I keep clean. He chirps during the day but is covered at night which keeps him silent. Would stay in my room. He enjoys interacting with people through his cage and playing with his toys with others. ~ other live creatures are a few plants ~ I am a medical cannabis patient through the state and have worked in cannabis dispensaries before (full disclosure) — I’m not a big alcohol consumer and am concientious of personal boundaries around cannabis use ~ I like to keep my own spaces and common spaces pretty clean/organized ~ I’m a creative who loves to cook (I don’t consume red meat, but I don’t mind if you do ; also love to cook alternative diet meals) and I sell my art (looking to continue to pursue this) — join me even if you don’t think you can!! ~ I’m friendly and can get along with most, as well as love my alone time and space for myself. Pretty flexible with the vibes but love a more chill household ~ looking to find housing that is communicative and inclusive in the neurodiverse community as well as the lgbtq+/BIPOC communities. I have therapy once every three weeks/a month ~ appliances/furniture I come with to share are my TV + Stand (and the Nintendo switch), kitchen appliances (such as a toaster oven, a water boiler, cooking supplies, and utensils) ~ I would not need any furniture for a bedroom ~ I am covid cautious — boosted twice, wears masks in enclosed spaces and crowded outdoors spaces, etc. I do enjoy being social and having a small company once in a while, but flexible on this as well
