Sequoia

Hello! I’m Sequoia and I looking to move to Philly around early-mid December 2023. Ideally I’d like one roommate in their 20’s (Must be Lgbt+ friendly) to join me in search of a 2 bed (preferably 2 bath) apartment for a year long lease. Also my budget for rent is less then $900 each individually, so around $1800 combined.

Here’s some things about me: -I’ll be working remotely, so I’ll probably be in my room or a working space 9-5 -I love art, mainly I enjoy photography, painting, yoga, singing, and learning to play the guitar!

-I enjoy going out thrifting, to museums, performances, social events, and community festivals!

-I will be bringing my lovely cat Luna with me, he’s always been around people and lived with one other cat when he was younger. He loves to get scratches from new humans. I’m open to other pets, but no dogs please.

-I’d love to be friends with my roommate! I’d be down to explore the city and hangout occasionally!
