Relocating from Alabama to Phx to work with DCS in March. I will probably work Law Enforcement part time once I get settle to keep my credentials active. I am trying to refrain from jumping into a long term lease on my own because I want to learn the area and make sure that I am in a safe area with good schools. I am new to this “roomie” thing but I prefer mature, clean, adult(s) who’s willing to be friends because it would be awkward living with someone you don’t talk to. I do not smoke, I dont care about anyone else smoking, just not inside. I’m usually to myself for the most part and that’s strictly by choice, but I am about the realist, most honest, down the earth person you will ever meet. I have a humble, simple, active, life for the most part. My kid (10) is very mature for her age, very obedient and does her own thing. She very friendly and outgoing though, she may ask you to make a Tiktok.
