I’m a 40 y/o professional female. I work full time so I’m only home nights & weekends.. Very private and quiet so looking for the same. NO DRUGS , ALCOHOL OR DRAMA Someone that is clean and picks up after themselves. I’m a clean freak and don’t like a dirty home. I do have a 4 year old service dog , she is a mini golden doodle. 38 lbs. House trained and service certified. She’s also Hypoallergenic and does not shed. Preferably long term if it’s a good fit. Please reach out to me if you have something in this price range in the area of Panama City Beach, Destin, Freeport or even Niceville .Im looking to move back home to the gulf coast approximately around July-August 2026.I currently pay 700$ month including everything and have my own bathroom . Looking for something similar .Im Very quiet and keep to myself . Very clean. I do also have my own bedroom furnishings so ideally I’d like an unfurnished room.. However, if I need to let go of some things that’s fine too. They’re just things lol . Thanks
