I’m a 30 year old trans woman who works from home most of the time and also teaches music sometimes during, but mostly after school (marching band). I have 3 cats who are all extremely sweet babies and clean - Sloan is the youngest and only girl, and Arlo & Smoak are the older boys. I’m looking to move as current landlord is selling my current place.

When I’m not working, I like to relax with my kitties, hang out at home watching tv/movies or play video games, as a lot of my work requires me to be moving around teaching movement. I am a tattoo-lover & a big lefty and would rather not room with any conservative folks! I’m quiet and respectful and clean - I would love to be friends with my roomie(s)! Ideally, I could find a place with a good amount of natural light and outside views for the cats.

My budget is below $1100 ideally, but would be willing to spend a bit more for a good fit!
