I was just offered a great opportunity, unfortunately the timing is a little off for my family to join me. (Son will be graduating this coming year and hubby will be retiring around the same time)

So I will be commuting back home for the next year or 2. (4hrs away)

I will be working on base Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm, and will be leaving to see my family on the weekends. (My job does ask I work a few weekends a year but this is very rare)

I am looking for a small place to rent, room studio, etc. it is just for myself.

I am very clean. I’m a mom, lol! I don’t smoke, I am allergic to it, I don’t mind living with someone that does as long as it’s outside religiously. (Allergies are no joke)

I’m upbeat, I’ve traveled extensively. I have my master’s degree in business and my BFA in photography.

I flip houses and rent them out, so I’m pretty handy around the house. I’m also use to dealing with renters. So I completely understand it from a homeowner’s perspective.

I do have a small dog 10lbs, certified trained (can provide paperwork and certification) and he would go to work with me 99% of the time. He is kennel trained so in the event of something along the lines of a doctors appointment he would be left in the kennel while I was away. Does not bark unless the doorbell rings or someone knocks, this is very short bark! He is 100% housebroke. He is super friendly. He is 7years old so no chewing or bad habits. There isn’t an aggressive bone in his body. Part of his training required a stranger to pick him up turn him upside down and put their hand in his mouth without him showing any signs of aggression. He passed with flying colors to say the least. I take him to the elderly homes hospice etc.

My husband may come to visit (but this is very negotiable and would only be when I had to work a weekend)
