Hi My name is Dan. I have been living with my best friends grandfather taking care of him. Unfortunately he passed away and the house is being sold. My daughter and her wife live in Lewes and I would like to stay in the area. I am a retired New Jersey police offer, then moved to DE to do landscaping, before retiring and most recently taking care of and elderly man. He recently died and his house is being sold.

I am friendly, very clean, spend one week a month at my other daughter’s in NJ. I love the beach and dogs!

I am looking for a furnished room to rent 800 or less, also willing to do yard work and walk dogs if needed.
