Hi, I am a 23 year old female who is looking for something in a better price range. I currently live in an expensive 1 bedroom apartment and would like to be able to save money by living with someone else. I’m very neat and considerate so I would prefer someone like that as well. I do have a cat but she is very nice and rarely ever bothers anything/anyone! She’s not good with other cats but is precious to people. I’m a waitress at a nice restaurant and dependable. I’m looking for a year-year lease but that could be determined depending on how everything were to go! My budget is about $500-$800 also depending on the house/apartment listing. I would not mind making new friends and I’m very easy to get along with, and very outgoing!
