Legally obligated and certified to try to save your life if you’re in any physical danger (and morally would want to anyway). Looking for a space where I’m free to play music and sing a bit (during normal waking hours) without feeling disruptive. I’m a good cook and baker and could make some shared meals and goodies. Relatively clean, hygienic, approachable, relaxed. Appreciate good communication. Don’t like loud parties but do like small gatherings now and then.
