I am a 35 year old musician from Baltimore and have been living in NY for about 10 years. I work as a software developer/marketing so I’m usually out during the work week. I always pay rent on time and would like to contribute to having an awesome common area. I’m also down to hang with roommates and have a good home vibe. I like a clean house, am not a neat freak and respect roommates stuff and space. 420 friendly, no hard drugs, and all that. Let me know if I can come check out the room sometime this week!
