I am looking to share a nice 2b2b apartment with someone, or to rent a large and furnished room/area of a house with a private bath that would give a smililar feeling to a studio apartment! I have been renting a rather small room out of a house for the past around two and a half years, and I am looking for something nicer with more freedom and privacy, without paying a ridiculous amount of money for my own apartment. I am usually in my room if I am not in the kitchen, and I always keep shared areas clean. I will also have my girlfriend over once or twice a week on average, and potentially staying a night here and there at some point. So if you are the type who does not want any guests over, we will not work. I would only have one guest over at a time, and if I change my mind I’ll be sure to ok that with you.
