I need a quiet environment that is as close to living alone as possible. I am respectful and clean; I do a chore as soon as it needs to be done; I’m extremely considerate of the needs and wants of others; and I am willing to do work around a house in trade for rent or transportation as long as clear goals and instructions are given. I am an amazing cook and I love to make meals or food prep for the week; I can fix things or deep clean around the house; I’m also good at yard work, gardening, and other general upkeep. I would be open to trade these services for rent of a room.

I would like a private entrance and some outdoor space where I can put a small table and a chair or an art project that would require space. I would like to be able to sometimes have a friend stay over- and I promise that person would not become a permanent fixture. I would like to be as close to the town-proper of Warwick NY; walking distance; as I do not currently drive or own a vehicle.

I grew up on Orchard St as well as on Bradner Dr; I work at the Renaissance faire in the summer and various festivals throughout the year. I also professionally tailor clothes and make costumes.
