I’m Nick. I’ve lived in North Palm Beach county for the last 15 years. My friends and colleagues would describe me as easy going and orderly. In my free time I love to bike at the local gravel trail and Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

I’m a store manager for a bicycle store in Palm Beach Gardens and have a fairly consistent schedule. I work 5-6 days a week from 9-6. I’m usually in bed by 10:30 and up by 7. My off days are typically Wednesday and Sunday. I love spending time outdoors or with family in the Wellington/Royal Palm area when I have the chance.

I’m fairly social but enjoy my personal alone time. I want my house to be a place where I can have a friend over but not a place that constantly has guests. I would prefer a calm setting without any large gatherings.

I like to keep common areas pretty clean and organized. I do my dishes daily and put my things away as they are used before moving to the next task or activity. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to stay on top of cleaning and organizing.

My monthly budget is $1500 and I’m looking to move in around April 1. I’m hoping to find a house near Tequesta, E Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens. I would like to have my own bedroom and bathroom, and I’m open to living with 1-2 other people. Ideally the house would have a patio or small outdoor area.

Some other relevant information/quirks: Televison on full volume would bother me where my roommate cooking at night or making a midnight snack would not. I like to close cabinets and drawers when I’m done with them. I like to cook for myself but nothing extravagant and also nothing that creates a big mess or uses lots of pots and pans. If cigarettes are smoked inside we probably aren’t a good fit.
