I’m a positive, clean, respectful & quiet woman. I don’t mind helping w/ the house or etc. If needed. I have my own furniture. I respect your house rules 100%. I do have a well loved chinchilla. He’s very clean & caged. No smell at all or mess. Daily cleaned & vacuumed. I just need a safe & comfortable room w/ someone respectful & positive to rent from. I’m moving now due to a 100% negative person who’s trying my positive & kind ways.
