Newly divorced, Single mom with 2 very sweet, chill kids, age 13 and 17. Looking for 2 BR to rent. My youngest is non-verbal/autistic so he is very sweet, but quiet and is an artist, so he spends most of his time drawing/coloring, and attends Burbank school daily, from 9-4. My oldest is a bit of an introvert, and is very chill and respectful. He enjoys playing Xbox and listening to music, and is working to get his diploma online. They are also gone every other weekend visiting their dad. We’re very clean and respectful. I’m a bit of a clean-freak but overall very chill and accepting/ respectful of others. We love being outdoors in summer, taking walks, and sitting around a campfire. Enjoy company of others, but also enjoy and respect everyone’s need for some quiet/time alone so we will spend much of the time in rented room/rooms as opposed to common areas. Prefer living with another single mom, but are open to considering others.
