Hey Hi Hello! My name is Kayla and looking for a private room or studio to rent in the Estes Park area. Want a space to decorate and call my own. I am a very clean, organized and tidy person. I always wash my dishes and am mindful of the cleanliness of shared living spaces. I am very respectful of your space and property and wish you to be of mine as well. I am open to friendship, but also respect your privacy. I like to play video games, watch anime and go to concerts. I consider myself outgoing and down for an occasional hike or a micro brew. I do not smoke weed or tobacco and would prefer a smoke free living environment. I do drink, but not a party thrower. Will have friends over occasionally or an overnight guest. But would certainly communicate that to you. I am very mindful of my noise levels and generally go to bed around 11p. I have a kitty that loves people but not other animals.
