I am a single male looking to start fresh after a divorce. Looking to focus on my career and enjoy some peace and quiet. I work from home 2-3 days per week. I am a avid comic book reader, video game player and sports lover. Glad to share these things or enjoy them quietly in my room. I clean up after myself, make sure I do my share of chores and purchase and eat my food and my food only. However, would be open to sharing community groceries if that’ what works. Very flexible either way. I am starting grad school in the fall and while I am in my 40s, still consider myself a “student.”
