Hello! I have been living in Tenafly for 7+ years. I live on my own with my 17-year-old daughter who is very quiet and likes to keep to herself and her studies. I would love to find a studio for the two of us or a private room. I am open to going up the listed price. I am also open to a roommate willing to find a place together and split the cost in the most convenient way for both of us. I don’t smoke , or hold parties, we like to live a quite healthy life as well as to live surrounded by positive energy.
