Looking to team-up with roomies for an apartment in Waynesville, NC. A 3-Bdrm is $1400-$2200. Looking to split three ways.

I’m saving $ for a house currently & would like to spend as little as possible on rent without really sacrificing quality.

I work a lot and spend all my time on hobbies to make more money (multiple income sources ). I will basically be using my room/apt as a place to sleep & do some work.

Open minded but, you know, to certain limits. Definitely would require clean, reaponsibile roomies. Credit check etc seems reasonable.
