Looking to move from my apt in S. Asheville when my lease ends on Dec 31. I have a cat and generally just stay busy all the time. Trying to save money as much as possible to buy my own place (currently paying about $1400 plus bills etc, been here 2 yrs). That’s about it. (BG check completed at roomies). Studio and 1BR apartments are available for $1000/mo. Looking to save money with the housemate option. My range is $600-$1000, no set time necessarily on length of stay. Would like to buy a place asap, probably within 1-3 yrs.
