I am a retired female and I’m very clean and quiet. I get along great with anyone but also pretty much stick to myself as well. I’m looking to rent a room long term hopefully with a private bathroom but that’s not a deal breaker. I wouldn’t be using the rest of the house except to occasionally do laundry. I have a very clean cat that will stay in my room with me and not go into the rest of the house. I have OCD so you don’t have to worry about cleanliness….. 🙃
