I’m a 33 year old entrepreneur. Originally from Texas. I’ve lived in the Pacific Northwest for the Last 8 years farming. I’m back working on my Real estate projects. I have a 16 month old who I think is pretty well behaved and chill. I would say I want a housemate who is clean. Messy vs tidy I don’t care about. I’m pretty tidy though naturally. Other than that I’m really easy going. Pretty creative, I like to build things and solve problems.
