Hi! I am looking for a roommate to move into my current apartment in Dublin when my current roomie moves in with her boyfriend at the end of our lease. Our lease officially ends on May 31st, but she is moving out in early April so you could move in sooner if needed! Looking for a 6 month lease but would also be open to 12 months. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a shared balcony, washer, dryer, and dishwasher in-unit. The complex has three pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and plenty of parking. We each pay ~$1425 per month (trash and water are included in rent, so it fluctuates $10-$20 each month). The only additional utilities we pay are Wi-Fi and Gas/Electric. Happy to answer any other questions about the place!

A little info about me: I am currently working at an Accounting/Consulting firm in San Ramon and work in-office 4 or 5 days per week. I love thrifting, watching movies, and trying new restaurants! I’ve only been in the Bay Area for about a year so I am definitely down to explore, but I also enjoy relaxing at home! I love pets, but I don’t have any myself. I’m respectful and clean, especially in common areas! Would love to chat and find out if we might be good roomies :)
