Hello! I’m a 24 yr old transman looking for an lgbtq+ friendly roommate to move to the Denver area around the end of May! I’m not too picky about the layout or sharing a bathroom, but would prefer in-unit laundry for convenience.

I have no preferences on gender, just someone who puts effort into communication, responsibility and keeping shared spaces clean :)
