I am an easygoing 25 y/o and a software engineer. I’m looking to split rent on a 2 bedroom apartment in Belltown or the south end of South Lake Union. Since I am new to Seattle, I ideally would like to be friends and have someone to explore the city with. While I am usually down to hang out, I also like having some personal time. I enjoy board games, anime, tv shows, and the occasional nightlife. I am a nonsmoker and nondrinker.

What I am looking for in a roommate: Easygoing, friendly, considerate, and pays their bills on time. One who values open communication and respects community spaces (neat, nonsmoker, not a big partier). Someone in their 20s or early 30s. Ideally someone willing to explore the city with me.
