Hi. I’m a 69 yr young woman and am not part of a couple. Can’t remove looking with other pol I am looking to rent a room or small apt with a private bathroom despe Age or sex isnt as important as both of us being compatible. I am considerate, responsible and self-contained. I am an animal lover and would be fine with any pets visiting with me, too. I love to laugh. I am easy to be around and and will have no problem doing a little extra if you’re working or chronically ill. No drama. Good boundaries.I have extensive medical & psychiatric nursing background, as well as animal care experience, so would consider helping a family to take care of a parent, child or pets. Length of lease is negotiable. If we’re a good fit, I have no plans to move again. I am hoping to find a place where I can be or walk to downtown. Its just time for a change from being a homeowner and being free of all that entails I have local references and background check is fine.
