Looking for room or small private space possibly with own bathroom. I’m a workaholic who moved into a 4 bedroom house 2 years ago with 2 adults, 2 grandkids and 2 cats to now being alone. I previously worked in HR at the University of Pennsylvania for about 6 years, recently accepted a position with The Merion Cricket Club. I am also a part time bartender with a reputable local Catering company and a mobile hairstylist by trade so long story short I will hardly be home😃 I’m very quiet, No pets, don’t smoke and I am very easy to get along with.
