I’m quiet and usually keep to myself in my room. I work the third shifts, but am a heavy sleeper and use a white noise generator, so noise during the day shouldn’t be an issue unless its excessive. I normally shower before work around 9 or 10 pm. On my nights off I normally just keep quiet in my room, though I may use a microwave or oven during the night. Not much of a social life so unwelcome guests or parties definitely wont be a problem. Good at cleaning up after myself. Cannabis/booze/cigarette friendly. I smoke cigarettes, but not heavily and am perfectly willing to keep it outdoors. I’ve never missed rent or a utility payment.
