I’m a retired dog walker and dog boarder. I’d love to live with a dog, but it’s not required. (You would have a built-in dog sitter :-) ) I am looking for a room for rent–furnished or unfurnished, with bills included I could pay up to $850. I read a lot and like to cook.

I’m clean, reliable and a good person. I can provide references. I do not drive, so would need to have groceries delivered.
