My name is Sophia, I’m 23 and I am Iowa! I recently graduated and accepted a job with an advertising agency in lower Manhattan. I will be relocating to NYC in June to begin working on-site at my office, so a lease starting in June would be great! I would like to find either a furnished room for rent in an apartment or 1-2 girls who would be interested in renting an apartment in Hudson Square, Nolita, West Village, Greenwich Village, Tribeca, SoHo, or East Village. My budget is between $1,200 and $2,000 (my max is $2,300) a month for rent. A little about me: My friends like to say I’m a very bubbly person. I am can get along with just about anyone and it takes a lot for anything to annoy me. In my free time, I love creating art, going on walks, grabbing drinks or trying new restaurants (I’m a big foodie), and traveling/exploring. I am very clean and like to make sure my space is tidy. I am also very respectful of one’s privacy and I don’t like drama.
