Current lease ends in August however, I want to move out sooner. Current roommate is my ex and we are not renewing. Working professional in Tacoma. I am looking for my own room and bathroom. Also, I wish to rent in a place that has a washer and dryer in the unit. *I’m will to pay up to $1150 including utilities if need be.
