Hi there! My roommate (21F) and I (22M) are planning to move into a three bedroom apartment in August, and we need to find a third roommate. We would like to find someone non-male who is roughly around our age. We are both pretty clean people, so we would like a roommate who is also at least somewhat clean and who is down to contribute to shared chores consistently. As for having people over, we are totally chill with you having smaller parties occasionally, but anything large or too often wouldn’t be a good fit for us. For noise, we are not particularly quiet, but we also don’t want unreasonable loudness, especially in the middle of the night. You would also need to be okay with cats, as I plan on getting a cat next year. A final, important thing we are looking for is someone who values open communication!

We are both graduating from UO this spring and this fall but plan on continuing to live in Eugene for at the very least five months or so. That said, we are both up in the air with our plans career wise next year, so either one of us may or may not need to move out in the middle of the lease if a job comes up in a different city or something. If that were the case, we both give our word that the person moving out would take responsibility for finding a replacement that everyone is happy with!
