Hey there! I’m a solo renter local to the DFW area looking for my next place to call home. Currently I am living in an extended stay hotel by myself as it’s the only option I’ve got right now. It’s not what I want and it is very expensive, I’d much rather live in a co-living situation. I grew up here in north Texas, have made friends throughout the area over the years and have lived in shared housing with a few of them in the past. I’ve lived in an apartment with a friend from school, as well as a house with another friend, so I can reach these folks for references where needed. I work as an IT technician during the day in downtown Dallas so I’m also looking for a place with a reasonable commute like less than 30mins. I’m responsible and reliable with the expenses needed, clean up after myself, respect privacy but also happy to co-habitat and hang out together, and I make some great spaghetti lol. I’m a relaxed easy-going guy who enjoys bowling, PC gaming, playing pool, seeking out new experiences, watching sports, and making new friends.
