Just because one can afford something doesn’t mean it’s a wise utilization of financial resources. 1600 bucks a month for a place I only spend about a week per month, as I do now, is too much! Though I thought my roommate days were long over at 52, I’m considering sharing a place with one or more people as that’s likely the only way to get a place of the type I want in the right location for a reasonable price.

My current lease ends in mid June. I’m open to moving into an existing situation or working together to find an appropriate place.

I have plenty of details ready to share about myself and the type of place I’m seeking but want to keep this post short. I’ll just say that I’m low-drama, respectful, and trustworthy with impeccable credit and background. I travel constantly for work.
